Start with leisurely walks in the morning and gradually progress to brisk walking, jogging, running, and bicycling after a few days. You will see yourself losing those extra pounds faster within a few weeks. You deserve time for yourself, no matter how busy your days are taking care of the baby. Take the time to do physical activities that will energize your body and help you lose weight quickly during pregnancy.

Get enough sleep- Lack of sleep generally has negative effects on your body weight.
