Use the pressure cooker:

Cook food in fine utensils:

To save gas in winter, you can use utensils with thin bottoms. This will heat the utensil quickly. On the other hand, food will cook faster in a pan with a thin bottom than in a pan with a thick bottom. This will ensure that your cylinder lasts longer.

Use a lid

Cooking in an open container without a lid allows steam to escape, which in turn results in the use of more time and gas to cook the food. If the container is covered with a lid, the heat loss would decrease considerably, requiring less gas to cook.

Do not keep wet utensils on the gas

Some people quickly put wet utensils on the burner and it takes a long time to heat up. Therefore, before keeping the utensil on the gas, wipe it with a clean cloth so that the container heats up faster, using less gas.

Check burner and leaks

Under normal circumstances, blue flames come out of the burner. However, if the flame turns red or yellow, the burner may be dirty. You must remove the burner and clean it with hot water. Also, check for leaks in the gas pipe and burner before cooking.
